We are now accepting new students for the 2026-2027 school year. Once interest forms are received and reviewed, families will receive a phone call from our school.

Step 1: If you are interested in attending Innovations High School for the Fall of 2026, please complete an interest form by clicking on the following link or by linking to it through the QR code on the right. SUBMIT APPLICATION.
Step 3: Once your interest form has been received, you will receive a phone call regarding enrollment at Innovations High School. Please know that we understand that school placement is very important. We will work to ensure that we get back to you as quickly as possible. Also, please confirm the parent/guardian phone number in the application, as that is the number we will be using for returning contact.
**All Interest forms will be considered for FALL 2026/2027 school year.**
